What We Collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message. It also includes the website domain so the enquiry can be associated with this website. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or information about other people that is not needed for the request.
Why We Use Your Information
We use enquiry details to understand your requirements, reply to you and help arrange a suitable response to your commercial door request. Technical information associated with a request may also be processed to protect the form against spam and abuse. This information is not submitted as a marketing subscription.
Your Agreement Before Sharing
Enquiries may be passed to a suitable local firm so it can discuss the work with you. Your agreement is requested through an unticked checkbox before the form can be sent. The information shared is limited to what is relevant to responding to the enquiry.
A local firm receiving the enquiry will handle its own quotation, booking and work records under its own privacy arrangements. Ask for its identity, privacy information and terms before booking work. A privacy-only request does not need to be passed to a service firm.
Lawful Basis
Your agreement is the basis for sharing a service enquiry with a suitable local firm. Responding to a request may also involve steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. Necessary security and abuse-prevention processing may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
Storage And Retention
Information is processed through the enquiry system and the service providers needed to run it. Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as necessary to respond, manage follow-up and meet relevant legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the request leads to work or a matter that requires a record.
Access should be limited to those handling the enquiry or maintaining the service. Technical safeguards reduce the risk of unauthorised access, but no online transmission can be promised to be completely secure.
Your Rights And Choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, and request restriction of processing where applicable. You can withdraw agreement to future sharing, although this does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. Other rights, including portability and objection, depend on the processing and circumstances.
To make a privacy request, use the contact form, select “Privacy request” and describe the request without including unnecessary personal information. Identity checks may be needed before personal information is disclosed. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies And External Resources
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies in its own code. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which can expose technical connection information such as an IP address to that provider. Ordinary server access logs may record requests needed to deliver and protect the website.
Links to external sources take you to websites with their own privacy arrangements. Review this page again before submitting an enquiry if you want to check for changes.
